These terms cover use of the palladiumqm.com website itself. They are not a contract for consultancy services, if you engage Palladium Quality Management for ISO, CPSR, or audit work, that's agreed separately in writing, with its own scope, fees, and terms, typically after a scoping call.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, read, and share this site. Please don't scrape it, copy its content wholesale for your own commercial use, or attempt to interfere with how it runs.
Information, not advice
Content on this site, including the FAQ answers and the self-assessment quiz, is general information about ISO 9001, ISO 42001, CPSR, and related quality topics. It's not a substitute for a proper gap analysis or formal advice on your specific situation. Standards, transition deadlines, and regulatory detail can change; where accuracy matters to a decision you're making, verify it or ask directly.
Third-party services
Booking a call uses Cal.com's scheduling platform. OnFile, linked from the Software section, is a separate product with its own site and its own terms. Neither is operated by this website, and their availability and behaviour aren't guaranteed by this page.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and branding on this site belong to Palladium Quality Management unless stated otherwise. Philip's photo and the Palladium/OnFile marks aren't for reuse without asking first.

This site is provided as-is.
