How much does ISO 9001 certification cost?
Two costs are involved: the certification body's fees (typically a few thousand pounds depending on company size) and the consultancy support to get you ready. Support is quoted at fixed day rates after a free scoping call, so you know the full cost before committing. Most SMEs need far fewer consultancy days than they expect.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Much of the work is with SMEs and indie brands that need senior quality expertise but can't justify a full-time hire. Engagements are scoped to fit, from a single day to an ongoing retainer.
Can you support us through first ISO 9001 certification?
Yes. A typical engagement runs from gap analysis through system build, internal audit and management review to certification audit support, with your team involved throughout so the system is genuinely yours.
What is a CPSR Part B assessment and do I need one?
Every cosmetic product placed on the UK or EU market legally requires a Cosmetic Product Safety Report. Part B is the safety assessment and must be completed by a qualified assessor. If you make or sell cosmetics, you need one for every product.
What is ISO 42001?
ISO 42001 is the international standard for artificial intelligence management systems. It helps organisations that develop or use AI to govern it responsibly, manage risk, and demonstrate that governance to customers and regulators.
