Palladium Quality Management ("PdQM", "we", "us") is run by Philip Davidge, based in County Durham, UK. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit palladiumqm.com or get in touch.
What this site collects automatically
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect or store anything that identifies you personally, no IP address, no device fingerprint. It's aggregate numbers only: page views, referring site, country and device type. See Cloudflare's own description of the product if you'd like more detail.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). As with any external resource, your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them, which means Google's standard server logs will include your IP address at the time of that request. We don't receive or see that data ourselves.
If you book a call
Clicking "Book a free scoping call" opens a calendar booking widget provided by Cal.com, Inc, only when you click it, nothing loads in the background before then. Whatever you enter to book (name, email, and the time you choose) is submitted directly to Cal.com and used to schedule and confirm the call. That's governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy, not this one.
If you email or ask a question
"Request a proposal" and "Ask a question" open your own email client addressed to hello@palladiumqm.com. Whatever you send, your name, email address, and the content of your message, goes straight to Philip's inbox and is used only to respond to you. It's kept for as long as is reasonably needed for that correspondence and any resulting work, then deleted in the ordinary course of good record-keeping.
If you use the ISO 9001:2026 Delta Check
The Delta Check at delta.palladiumqm.com asks for your name, work email, company and, if you choose, your role, along with your answers, staff numbers and next audit date. We use these to show your action plan, email you a copy, and let Philip know a check has been completed. If you tick the follow-up box, Philip may contact you once about transition support. If you don't tick it, we won't.
Submissions are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and the emails are sent through Resend. Neither uses your data for anything else. We keep submissions for up to 24 months, then delete them. Email hello@palladiumqm.com to have yours deleted sooner.
Your answers are also saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. Clicking "Start again" clears them.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.
- We don't have a newsletter or mailing list signup on this site.
- We don't collect payment details on this site (any invoicing for consultancy work happens separately, after a proposal is agreed).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email hello@palladiumqm.com and we'll deal with it directly, there's no automated system to navigate. If you're not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and quality professionals, not children, and isn't intended for use by anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If what this site does changes, for example a new tool gets added, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
